When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email, optional phone number, program interest, and message. If you call or email us directly, we keep the details needed to respond and schedule training.
Why we collect it
We use contact details to reply to enquiries, confirm seats, send session logistics, and manage cancellations or refunds. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and measurement
Essential cookies keep the site working. If you accept optional measurement via the cookie banner, we may record anonymous usage statistics. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to pages or forms. See our cookie policy.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored with limited access by institute staff. We retain them only as long as needed for scheduling, accounting, and legal obligations in Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where it applies.
